Wax Paperie strictly adheres to copyright laws. Customers must provide original artwork or furnish proof that they hold the right to use the copyrighted material. Infringing on copyright is not only illegal but also against our terms of use.

User Conduct  

User conduct should be respectful and legal at all times. Unauthorized use of our website, disruptive behavior or attempts to infect the site with malicious software will result in immediate termination of service access.

Disclaimer  

While we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy, small variations in the color, texture and overall appearance of the final product can occur due to inherent limitations in printing technology and material characteristics.

Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellation  

Orders can be placed upon final approval of artwork and completion of payment. We accept leading credit/debit cards and online payment options. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placement and a 10% service charge will be applicable.

Return & Refund Policy

At Wax Paperie, we take pride in delivering quality products. However, if your order arrived damaged or with printing errors, please contact us within 72 hours and we’ll issue a reprint or refund.

Customer Content 

Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the artwork submitted. Any mistakes or consequences arising out of the content are the customer’s responsibility.

Accuracy of the Final Product

Although we work diligently towards ensuring the final product is as close to the approved artwork as possible, minor deviations may occur.

Printing and Material

We print on premium food-grade wax paper using eco-friendly inks to deliver products that are safe for food contact.

Product Quality

Your satisfaction is our top priority! Each order is meticulously crafted and carefully vetted for quality control before shipping.

Turnaround Time & Delivery

Our standard production time is 1-2 weeks, depending upon order volume and complexity. We ship to all locations within the agreed timeframe. Express delivery options are also available.

Holidays

Please note that our production and shipping schedule does not include national holidays, and these days will affect your delivery date.
